I went to a restaurant where vegetables are the main attraction, located in a peaceful countryside. I could see the chef's brisk movements over the counter, and just watching was exciting. The first dish that arrived was a new potato potage, which was creamy, and then the aroma of spices gently spread, leaving me impressed. I was also happy to be able to season the fluffy focaccia with rock salt and olive oil to my liking. The colorful plate was packed with salad, Western-style chawanmushi, grilled vegetables, and I thoroughly enjoyed the natural sweetness of the vegetables. The dill pound cake and tea that came out after the meal paired perfectly, leaving both my stomach and heart very satisfied.
The avocado and prosciutto cream pasta was delicious. I ordered a set that included an appetizer, dessert, and drink, and the portion was just right. My friend was also pleased.
