The restaurant is located facing the Takatsu River in Shimane Prefecture. Recommended are ayu (sweetfish) and suppon (soft-shelled turtle) from summer to fall. The tempo of the restaurant, in which freshly harvested ingredients are immediately tightened and cooked, is reflected in the taste and makes visitors change their concept of the ingredients.
