A café where you can enjoy carefully selected honey and fresh ingredients
Operated by Kuroda Beekeeping, established in 1920, Honey Bee is a café that prides itself on its honey. In the stylish interior, you can enjoy a variety of dishes, including fluffy pancakes and pasta with honey as a secret ingredient. The use of locally sourced fresh vegetables and desserts from the adjacent honey sweets specialty shop are also highlights. With pleasant service, you can savor a wonderful time.
It is a small shop with a bright and warm atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. First, a bite-sized appetizer is served, followed by dim sum, and finally a choice of main dish, which is easy to understand. The plump shumai, which captures the flavors of the sea, particularly stood out in my memory. The mains, including noodles, fried rice, and porridge, were all highly satisfying, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The staff's explanations and attentiveness were meticulous, creating a comfortable environment. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the almond tofu as well, making the entire experience delicious until the end.
A Café Enjoying Organic Beans and Naturally Made Sweets
Located in the Ginza shopping district of Kanuma City, 'Ginza Coffee' is a natural café set in a renovated former kimono shop on the first floor of Kanuma Commons. The coffee, made from organic beans that are roasted in-house and served via hand-drip, boasts a light aroma and a clear aftertaste. It pairs wonderfully with cakes made from domestic wheat and rice flour, without the use of white sugar, and offers a variety of flavors including brown rice coffee and unique blended drinks.

This was my first visit. The atmosphere of the shop was very nice! It was a lovely space surrounded by nature! However, it took a while to be shown to our seats and to place our orders, and the staff seemed quite busy. While listening to other customers, I heard comments like, 'This is my third time ordering' and 'I received a different menu item than I ordered.' Even though they are busy, I hope they can listen accurately. As for the food, it was very delicious! I would like to visit again.
I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation, but they kindly guided me inside. When I arrived, there was no line outside yet, but by the time I finished eating, around 12 o'clock, there were about five groups waiting. I'm glad I made a reservation. The portion was satisfying, and the chive soba and vegetable tempura were delicious.

The name of the shop symbolizes the 'moon,' representing the body and mind, and 'spice,' which is the essence of curry, resulting in a rich and flavorful curry that is exquisite. The unique style of being guided to your seat for each order adds to the experience, and the unlimited turmeric rice and basmati rice captivate the hearts of all who visit.
