There were 6 of us and we all had the tenderloin set. The meat was very tasty and tender. Three of us had a large portion and more rice. The rice is delicious. ‼️
For dessert, we had the chiffon cake, which was my first time having cinnamon chiffon cake and it was delicious. Looking at the menu, I was curious about the kainomi steak, but I am also curious about the monthly lunch menu 😁 I would like to go back again. Thank you very much.

The 100% buckwheat noodles were cut thin, making them easy to eat, and when I put them in my mouth, the aroma of buckwheat spread out nicely. The dipping sauce had a pleasant bonito aroma, and even when soaked generously, it had a smooth taste without any sharpness. The 80% buckwheat noodles also had a good firmness and flavor, making the comparison enjoyable. I had the mountain vegetable tempura with rock salt and buckwheat miso, and I was pleased that the soba dipping sauce and tempura dipping sauce were served separately.
