The interior, with its black-painted counter and white walls, has a very calm atmosphere. There is an exciting live feeling as you can watch the skewers being fried right in front of you. Thanks to the use of low-temperature pressed rapeseed oil, the batter is light and not greasy. With the omakase of ten skewers, you can enjoy a variety of ingredients at once, including shrimp, taro, and tuna. Among them, the firm texture of the tuna and the aroma of wasabi were outstanding. Thanks to the sparkling clean space and attentive service, I was able to spend my time comfortably throughout.
