The sashimi has a freshness that seems just caught, and the flavor expands with each bite, which was impressive. The fried dishes have a light and crispy batter, and the combination with miso soup and small side dishes is satisfying. The rice filled with plenty of turban shell is fragrant, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. Everything, from the dried squid to the fried squid and the aonori potato, was delicious, and I was able to fully enjoy the bounty of the sea.
