The chef had a good demeanor and carefully explained the tuna and Fuji fish. The tuna bowl had a melt-in-your-mouth texture with fresh tuna, and the Fuji fish was mild and had a fatty quality. The shrimp tempura was also a large fry with the heads on, and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
The green exterior and the cute door handle made of tree branches make me excited even before entering. Inside, there is a nostalgic retro feel, and I am soothed by the old furniture and the small flowers on the table. The showcase is lined with cakes and tarts, and the time spent choosing is enjoyable. The fig and walnut tart is filled with plenty of figs, has a firm crust, and crumbles deliciously in the mouth. The shop's original blend has a mild acidity and a moderate bitterness, which pairs well with the sweets. Surrounded by chanson music, bookshelves, and photos of cats, I can relax comfortably.
