È un ristorante che visito ogni volta, ma non sapevo che potessi prenotare da qui, quindi mi stavo dirigendo direttamente al ristorante. Il motivo del mio viaggio in Corea è questo ristorante! Non è un'esagerazione!! Se vai in Corea, devi assolutamente visitarlo. L'equilibrio tra la dolcezza del granchio e la salsa di soia in cui è marinato è eccezionale. Una volta assaggiato, vorrai mangiarlo di nuovo subito. Un uomo alto è sempre gentile e cortese. Le cameriere sono serie, ma... ci insegnano molte cose, ahah. This is a restaurant that requires a reservation, so I was glad to be able to make one. I visited for lunch at 11:50, and when I mentioned the reservation name, I was shown to my seat where crab and side dishes were laid out. The steamed egg and grilled fish were served fresh later on. The crab was fresh, and the soy sauce tasted delicious, with two types of seaweed, especially the green seaweed, which paired well with the rice and crab miso. I think the service was appropriately distant and quietly professional, which I appreciated. The attention to detail was commendable. The restroom is of the outside type but was clean. I would like to visit every time.
