The lamb is surprisingly tender, with very little gamey taste, making it very easy to eat. You can enjoy grilling and shabu-shabu at the same time in a divided pot, and the delicious flavor of the dripping meat enhances the soup, which is the best part. The staff are cheerful and friendly, making conversation enjoyable, and they carefully assist with grilling and serving. There are also small lamb burgers and curry with aromatic spices, all of which make you want to keep eating. For the finale, I had udon in a fragrant broth, which greatly increased my satisfaction. The interior is clean and comfortable, allowing you to spend a happy time in a warm atmosphere.
