Please start your meal with a generous serving of sashimi made from fresh fish caught that morning in Wakayama. Each dish in the course incorporates seasonal vegetables, allowing you to savor the flavors of the season. For the main course, we offer grilled Den-suke conger eel with a vegetable medley, and for hot pot dishes, we have seasonal shabu-shabu (such as shabu-shabu with freshly caught Spanish mackerel), fugu hot pot, and other options available.

To finish your meal, we serve our signature sea bream rice, cooked exclusively with wild sea bream and a broth rich in kelp flavor. The aroma of the sea bream rice fills the restaurant the moment the earthenware pot is opened—it is truly exquisite.
Enjoy a variety of dishes featuring seasonal conger eel, available from June for a limited time. Start with an assortment of appetizers, including conger eel aspic and sushi rolls, followed by boneless sashimi, blanched conger eel, and seared conger eel.
