20 migliori ristoranti Sake Bar per raccomandazione a Osaka
Che cosa è Osaka?: Osaka is a dynamic gateway in Japan where everyday flavors and artisanal techniques coexist. The city is often associated with the playful spirit of kuidaore, and that convivial mindset shapes a dining scene that encourages grazing through neighborhoods, from sizzling takoyaki stands and hearty okonomiyaki counters to crisp kushikatsu, dashi-forward udon, and refined kaiseki-inspired plates. Market arcades and waterfront districts invite seafood-focused menus, while cozy izakaya alleys, noodle shops, and sweets artisans reflect a love of approachable, seasonal tastes. Pressed sushi traditions and a fondness for rich yet balanced broths hint at Kansai’s palate. As a historic merchant center tied to trade and entertainment, Osaka nurtured quick, flavorful cooking and a culture of lively hospitality that continues to influence its tables today. Visitors may find that both classic comfort dishes and globally inspired kitchens share the same emphasis on warmth, rhythm, and the joy of eating together.
Che cosa è Sake Bar?: A Sake Bar offers a focused way to explore Japan’s rice-based beverage through curated pours and relaxed conversation. Menus commonly group bottles by style—junmai, ginjo, daiginjo, namazake—or by region and aroma profile, helping guests navigate sweetness, acidity, umami, and finish. Tasting flights allow side-by-side comparisons, while staff may suggest serving temperatures from chilled to gently warmed to highlight texture and fragrance. Glassware and traditional cups such as ochoko, guinomi, or masu are selected to shape the nose and mouthfeel. Small plates frequently accompany the experience: lightly salted seafood, sashimi, grilled skewers, pickles, tofu, or dishes that emphasize dashi and fermentation. Many bars feature seasonal or limited releases, encouraging repeat visits to discover changing expressions. Settings range from counter-focused spaces to intimate tables, where quiet pacing invites attention to detail. Whether you are new to sake or expanding your palate, this category provides an approachable gateway to styles, pairings, and serving techniques.

Appearance
Located a minute's walk from Exit 2 of Shinsaibashi Station in Osaka, Sake Shop Ponchevie is a restaurant where you can enjoy famous Japanese sake imported from all over Japan and excellent food to go with them.
Interior
The restaurant, located on the first basement floor, is a hideaway with a great atmosphere. There are 13 seats at the beautiful straight counter and a table for 6 in the back (semi-private room). The tables, chairs, walls, and interior are all sophisticated and stylish. The atmosphere is noble, something you would not associate with the words "sake in Osaka.
Cuisine & Sake
Assorted appetizers
There is a menu of dishes, but we recommend that you leave it to us. The first dish to appear was an assortment of three kinds: spring cabbage, cooked shirasu (baby sardines), and dried tofu. The koya-tofu, in particular, overturns the conventional concept of koya-tofu. The fluffy texture and subtle sweetness were fantastic.
Echigo de Syo" (freshly brewed sake)
Haneya
Chiebijin Junmai Daiginjo
When you tell them what flavor you prefer, they will prepare several kinds for you. Not being that knowledgeable, I ordered as recommended. Echigo de Kou" is fresh and rough. The "Haneya Special Blend" is a blend of Daiginjo and Junmai Daiginjo. Chiebijin Junmai Daiginjo" has a soft mouthfeel and an addictive gasiness. You can taste the high brand of each brand . The staff lays out the glasses and carefully pours each one in front of you. It is a chic presentation.
Tuna with yellow meat and mustard
This sashimi is made to go with sake, and is sure to make sake lovers swoon in agony. First of all, the tuna is thick. The spicy yolk adds to the impact of the sashimi and makes it extremely delicious.
Banshu Ichiken Junmai Namaisake
Oroku
Junmai Daiginjo
The second week's sake lineup was this one. Again, an elite lineup of high-brand sake. Banshu Issen" has both freshness and hardness. Cho Oroku" is characterized by its sharpness and dryness. Minami Junmai Daiginjo" has an impressive fruity flavor and strong umami. All are delicious.
Thick fried tofu with grated daikon and spicy miso
This is a rotation of fucking good sake and fucking good food to go with sake. The "spicy x hot" seasoning and the juicy thick fried bean curd oil mix together without any sense of discomfort. Something about the juiciness made me feel like I was eating meat. It was the best.
Okuharima Junmai Ginjo
Ittou Ryoukan Junmai Daiginjo
Toyo Bijin Junmai Daiginjo
Nigori Sake
This is what it means to drink to the point of drowning. We were able to enjoy an incredible sake experience that made us drink too much.
Beef with Pear
The sweetness and acidity of the pear and the flavor of the high-quality beef create a unique harmony. It goes well with sake, and I think it also goes well with beer. All the dishes served are amazingly good.
Price
60,000 yen (5 people)
We had too much fun, ate and drank too much. The average budget is around ¥8,000~¥10,000. It is quite expensive for a "sake bar," but considering the taste of the food, the quality of the sake, the noble space, and the courteous service, I would say it is reasonably priced.
Attention to detail
The attentive customer service is also excellent. Even though I am not familiar with sake, they politely ask me what I want and gently recommend it to me. That is one of the reasons why I drank so much.

Impressions
How was it?
I was impressed by its countless charms. If you take a sake lover with you, you will surely, 100%, win their heart. Sake Shop Ponchevie" is a famous restaurant hidden in the basement of Shinsaibashi that is sure to be a repeat customer. We hope you will visit us again.

This is a quiet sake bar located above a tempura restaurant in the alley of Hozenji Yokocho. It is a cozy space centered around a counter where you can relax quietly. The cut glass and lighting are beautiful, creating an atmosphere perfect for enjoying sake. You can try small amounts of sake by the glass, and it's very interesting to compare the differences with a tasting set. I enjoyed various types such as Gohonjo, Hakkaisan, Juyondai, Jikon, and Tazake, and I was excited by the differences in their aromas and aftertastes. The staff kindly explains everything, so even if you are not familiar with sake, you can choose with confidence.

Sake Bar ACTA is located in the Akutagawa shopping district and offers a wide variety of sake. You can leave the food to us with a charge included, so you will not be at a loss for choice. We especially recommend the sashimi assortment and the Shinsei Flax Cat 10th Anniversary Sake. The Flax Cat 10th Anniversary Sake is a collaboration between the sommelier and Kimura Glass and comes with a special glass. It has a strong acidity, and you can enjoy the full charm of sake.
