It includes carefully crafted main dishes such as 'Stuffed Eggplant Fry,' 'Grilled Silver Salmon,' and 'Large Cabbage Meatball,' among others. The special nori and bonito rice is made with Yatsubu polished reduced-pesticide rice from Gotemba, Ama-no-nori, and soy sauce from Shodoshima.
