A restaurant where you can enjoy carefully crafted French cuisine

COMO is a French restaurant located within the Karuizawa Sky Park Hotel, offering standard French dishes. Each dish is meticulously prepared, highlighting the flavors of fresh ingredients. The bread, in particular, is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, perfectly complemented by the accompanying butter. In a calm atmosphere, you can enjoy summer-inspired dishes and spend a special moment.

In the hotel's French restaurant, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The course flows well from appetizers to main dishes and desserts, with attention to detail in every aspect. The mushroom soup has a rich flavor that fills the mouth with its aroma. The vegetable and chicken jelly dish allows for a delightful change in taste with different sauces. There is a variety of bread, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a gentle saltiness in the butter. The sweet final dish is satisfying, and I am pleased to find non-alcoholic wine-like drinks available.
