Coarse ground soba is a special product milled by a water mill in Kamitake, Izumo. The connection between Jindaiji and Izumo is linked to the writer Seicho Matsumoto, who often visited Jindaiji and wrote the chapter on Jindaiji in his novel 'Tower of Waves' at our shop, which is connected to 'The Sand's Vessel' in Izumo Kamitake. Please enjoy the mystery of 'Izumo Soba at Jindaiji.' *Please note that 'coarse ground soba' may be out of stock. We recommend making a reservation before your visit.
All soba can be replaced with handmade coarse-grained soba for an additional 150 yen. We use soba from Hokkaido (mainly around the Ishikari Plain).
Served with grated daikon and grilled shiitake mushrooms
Braised Fern, Sesame Dressing, Vegetable Tempura
