You can watch the cooking from the counter, which is exciting, and the tables in the back allow for a relaxed experience. The foam of the draft beer is fine and smooth, and the drink lineup includes a variety of options from wine to shochu and sake. It's delightful to have local vegetables and sake from Kanagawa, allowing you to experience the flavors of the region. The pan-fried oysters are large, and the acidity of the capers enhances the umami, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The rich carbonara and the beautifully presented duck and avocado tartare served with bread were also delicious.
