This soup is used in all shrimp noodles.

Yet, it remains smooth and never tiresome. This is the signature bowl that accounts for more than half of our orders.
This shrimp soba soy sauce won second place in a ramen competition. By blending several types of soy sauce, it enhances the compatibility with shrimp. Some people even mistake its rich umami for miso.
