The grilled pork is thick, and the doneness of the liver and heart is exquisite. The crunchy parts and the delicious fat of the belly also provide a satisfying experience. There are skewers that can be enjoyed with miso, which pair well with Hoppy. There is also a variety of side dishes, and the fried scissors were particularly delicious.
