Ake Garashi is a natural fermented food made without additives, produced by Yamai Soy Sauce Factory in Nagai City, Yamagata Prefecture, using rice malt, chili peppers, brown sugar, and hemp seeds. It can be enjoyed as is as a snack with sake, and it pairs excellently with avocado.
