The oysters are fresh, and you can slowly enjoy the flavors from different regions. The ones from Okayama, Hyogo, and Iwate each have their own characteristics, and you can distinctly feel the differences in umami. The fluffy fried oysters have a light batter and a refreshing aftertaste. The Italian pasta is rich, and the sauce made with blue crab and red shrimp is impressive. Pairing it with homemade sour cream and grissini creates a very good balance. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the station, making it easy to stop by and enjoy a leisurely time with friends.
