This special course is available only on May 23 for one day only. We will start with a colorful appetizer of hamo soup stock and grilled hamo conger eel, followed by a bowl of soup made from carefully selected hamo broth. This course includes eight kinds of tempura prepared with ingredients of early summer, including the first hamo of the season, allowing you to fully enjoy the taste of hamo, a representative summer delicacy of the Kansai region. The batter, oil, and other ingredients are carefully selected and each tempura is carefully deep-fried in front of your eyes, and you will be captivated by its light, vanishing texture. The tempura kappo course is limited to one day only and includes a choice of three different types of endings and sweet dishes.
