The quality of the meat is very good, and I was satisfied from the very first bite. The roast, in particular, has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the more you chew, the more the flavor spreads. The grilled pork tongue with green onions is deliciously charred, and when wrapped with plenty of green onions, it becomes even tastier. They taught me how to grill with green onion salt, and the result was something I couldn't replicate at home. Even amidst the busyness, the staff were kind, making the dining experience pleasant. It's a place you can enjoy even alone, and you can fully savor the meal.
