The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The drinks come out quickly, and the beer is always cold and refreshing. The sashimi is beautifully arranged with bonito, amberjack, and sea bream, and the taste is solid. The grilled young chicken has a wonderful aroma and pairs perfectly with tomato sauce and yuzu pepper. It's fun to see the day's recommendations and even learn how to make them; the dashimaki (rolled omelette) and onigiri (rice balls) are also delicious. The duck broth in the hot pot, the platter of oysters, shirako (cod milt), and ankimo (monkfish liver), and the red label of Koriyama's whiskey 963 are all memorable.
