I entered a small shop with blue neon lights on a street in Tatemachi. The first thing that caught my eye was the counter lined with colorful side dishes, which was exciting. When I chose the two types of curry, the fluffy basmati rice was beautifully topped with chicken coconut and bean curry. The spices had a pleasant aroma and richness, and when I broke the soft-boiled egg, the creaminess spread, making it irresistibly delicious. The combination of the tangy and sweet side dishes, along with the texture of the papad, created a delightful variety of flavors. The atmosphere was stylish yet somehow nostalgic, and by the time I finished eating, both my stomach and heart were satisfied.
