Located along the Northern Country Road, the interior of the shop, which makes use of a calm and charming old house, is wonderful. Upon entering, the aroma of charcoal spreads gently, heightening expectations. The eel is fragrant on the surface, with a lightly crispy skin and a fluffy, tender inside. The sauce is not overpowering, and the rolled omelet is well-seasoned, making for a great pairing. The rice has a good grain separation, and with the delightful aroma from the grilling, the chopsticks keep moving. The service is attentive, and you can enjoy a relaxed experience in a clean and pleasant space.
