Various parts of the meat and tsukune (skewers with the whole cartilage ground up) were served and cooked with vegetables in a slightly sweet broth in a copper pot. The cooking was done by the restaurant staff with careful explanation. It was my first time to try natural duck, but the meat was very tasty and had no unpleasant habits at all. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and the staff's service was excellent. This is a restaurant where you can comfortably enjoy natural duck sukiyaki.

It was delicious. The pickled ginger in the rice balls was probably store-bought. If it was homemade, it would have been even better. Our family makes it ourselves, so I apologize if I'm mistaken.
