Fresh whole chickens are carefully skewered every morning. The yakitori is grilled slowly over charcoal by our artisans, and is fragrant on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The more you bite into the chicken, the more its elegant flavor spreads. The course also includes homemade oboro tofu and potato salad, which go great with sake. This is a very satisfying plan that includes seven pieces of yakitori with an appetizing aroma of charcoal fire, homemade oboro doufu and soup. In addition to the skewers that bring out the true flavor of the chicken, we also offer one vegetable skewer grilled to a savory perfection. We recommend pairing it with sake. This luxurious full course is a condensed version of our restaurant's charm. A total of nine skewers of yakitori, each grilled with soul, plus two colorful vegetable skewers. Enjoy the crispy outside and moist inside for an exquisite texture. After the meal, you can add a finishing dish (sold separately) such as our special "Chicken Soboro-Don" or "Chicken Soba"!
