Following a refreshing and sharp mouthfeel derived from Chardonnay, a finely textured and rounded flavor from black grapes unfolds. This is a wine that the producer confidently recommends for celebratory occasions.

A slightly dry wine made from 100% grapes grown in our own vineyard at the foot of Hakkenzan. It features Sauvignon Blanc as the main variety, combined with German varieties, resulting in a fragrant and refreshing taste. The individuality of each grape creates a complex flavor.
A grand cuvée that pursues depth of flavor within its lightness. It has a pale hue, sweet fruit aroma, and a vibrant fragrance of flowers and spices, with a refined mouthfeel that has a structure of tannins and deep umami. It is reminiscent of the good old Burgundy type.
