The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, and the staff's service is proper, which is reassuring. You can see the craftsmanship of the chefs from the counter, making the meal even more enjoyable. The shellfish has a pleasant texture and a good aroma, while the white fish has a moderate texture and umami flavor. The sushi has a gentle balance of salt and vinegar, creating a very good overall harmony. The eel is fluffy and fragrant, with a light aftertaste that is irresistible. Dishes like sashimi, tempura, and chawanmushi are all available, and you can enjoy the flavor of the wasabi deliciously.
