In a quiet location, you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. From the counter, you can gaze out at the large windows, and the ambiance is very elegant. The cuisine is centered around French dishes, naturally blended with elements of Japanese cuisine, creating a pleasant experience. A dish featuring a cold asparagus soup combined with sea urchin and seafood jelly was smooth and memorable. The combination of lobster, asparagus, mushrooms, and foie gras mousse, as well as a dish of risotto loaded with abalone paired with eel, were both fragrant and satisfying. Overall, the finishing of the sauces was exquisite, and the pleasant aftertaste continued even through the dessert of panna cotta and watermelon soup.

In a calm location, you can enjoy a leisurely meal while gazing at the greenery through the large windows. The cuisine is centered around French dishes, with a wonderful touch of Japanese sensibility throughout. The presentation, handling of ingredients, and flavor combinations are meticulous, leaving a lasting impression from the appetizers to the sweet finale. You can spend time at the counter or in a private room, and it's nice to be able to enjoy the meal in a relaxed manner. If you communicate your preferences or dislikes, they will adjust the menu accordingly, and they also fine-tune the flavor nuances to pair with the wine. The handmade juices and bread, warm soups, sausages, and local vegetables are all delicious, reflecting the staff's excellent attentiveness.
