This dish features domestic beef intestines stir-fried with green onions. The moment you bite into it, the rich umami oil spreads, making it a perfect match for beer.
A highlight menu item from the Satsuma sea. When asked for recommendations, it is almost always the local octopus fried. We carefully prepare and serve whole local octopus. This dish is limited in quantity and will be removed from the menu as soon as the octopus season ends. It is such a popular item that there are regular customers who come just to eat this.
This is a flavorful chicken karaage marinated in our homemade seasoning. It is 740 yen for 4 pieces, but there are customers who enjoy all 4 pieces by themselves, making it a popular item.
