With the cooperation of contracted farmers and local fishermen, we use ingredients that are in season at the time of year and express our theme of "Japanese cuisine of the four seasons" with a free-flowing conception. The restaurant is proud of its kaiseki cuisine, which is available for lunch only at a reasonable price.
This is a slightly extravagant lunch course that adds "Yakimono" to the lunch course.
The course content changes with the seasons, and is a seasonal Japanese cuisine. Choshichi" is our recommended kaiseki course. It is a dinner course, but can also be served for lunch if you make a reservation. (Reservations are accepted by phone only.)
The children's meal is designed for children aged 3 to 6 years. We also accept orders for plain white rice, provide plates for sharing, and can warm up baby food that you bring in. By soaking high-quality plums 'Miyano Ume' from Tochigi Prefecture in sake, we have extracted a rich umami and acidity, resulting in a premium 'umesake' that is unfiltered and additive-free. Enjoy it straight, on the rocks, or with soda.

Often overshadowed by the high reputation of its neighboring village, there are many claims that its quality surpasses that of Gevrey.
