We provide carefully polished and refrigerated aged Wagyu fillet meat. *The photo shows options for 200g (for 1-2 people), 300g (for 2-3 people), 400g (for 3-4 people), 600g (for 4-5 people), and 1kg (for 6 or more people), with orders available according to group size.
A popular menu item since we opened. It is a traditional Jamaican dish★ Nowadays, seasonings are easily available, but at our restaurant, we mix various spices and herbs in a traditional style and marinate the meat overnight before grilling it.

Supervised by the long-established hamburger shop 'King Kong Diner' in Fukuoka Yakuin, we created the buns in collaboration with the famous bread shop 'NEVL' located across from Kenkun Shrine, and finally completed it★ In the recent hamburger boom, we aimed for a 'burger made seriously by a restaurant' rather than a specialty burger. In addition to the cheeseburger, there is also a Hawaiian burger.
With a long history as the soul food of Cuban immigrants in Florida, this hot sandwich is now loved in Cuba as well, in a form of reverse import. A French bread is halved, filled with homemade roast pork and cheese, and then pressed and grilled in a press machine. Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, it's a good taste ♬
