Italy / Puglia. A notable young producer released this wine in its first vintage in 2004. A southern Italian wine typical of the warm, dry Mediterranean climate. A soft white wine with aromatic notes of peach, citrus, sage, mint, and white flowers.
A clear taste characteristic of Alsace, France, enhanced by complexity from maceration. It has a floral aroma reminiscent of lychee, with soft fruit flavors spreading in the mouth.
A family-owned winery established in 2005 by an owner with 35 years of experience at Benton Lane Wines, which was selected as one of the top 100 wineries in the world in 2006 from California, USA. A barrel-aged Chardonnay with a rich and smooth mouthfeel derived from French oak aging.
Italy / A deep ruby red color primarily produced in Piedmont, Northern Italy, mainly from Barbera. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Rich and pleasantly fruity aroma.
France / Bordeaux. A rare full-bodied red wine from Bordeaux, blended with Merlot and Malbec, meaning 'Admiral'. Notes of blackberry, cassis, and black pepper. Rich in fruit flavor with supple tannins and a smooth drinking experience.
France / A Burgundy red wine crafted by Odour Cocard, located directly across from the grand cru 'Clos de la Roche' in Morey-Saint-Denis. It features pure fruit flavors reminiscent of cherries and red currants, along with an elegant aroma. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.

A signature dish that can be considered the epitome of Gaman. The mousse, which brings out the roasted corn flavor, is paired with sea urchin and rock salt, creating an unparalleled balance. This amuse-bouche is extremely popular as a starter that we highly recommend to first-time customers. It is also one of the classic dishes loved by repeat customers at Gaman.
Thick-cut bacon made from 'Kunichama' (the neck part of the pig) sourced from Okinawa Prefecture, combined with fresh eggs from Narifuku Poultry Farm located in Miyako Island, served as a soft-boiled egg Caesar salad. Our homemade Caesar dressing enhances the flavor of the salad.
A refreshing and zesty salad made with bitter greens including 'Shima Nigana, Salad Spinach, Arugula, and Tardivo Rosso', mixed with micro herbs and dressed in orange vinaigrette. Enjoy it with sweet and juicy seasonal citrus 'Setoka' and ricotta cheese.
