This is a long-established yakiniku restaurant where the tatami rooms are partitioned, allowing for a relaxed experience. The light sauce does not overpower the main ingredients, enhancing the flavor of all the meats. In particular, the harami (skirt steak) is tender, with a nice balance of fat that makes it easy to eat. The hormone (offal) has a plump texture, and the sweetness of the fat is pleasant. The pork wrapped in green onions is also enjoyable, with the faintly sweet aroma of the special sauce leaving a lasting impression. When combined with lettuce and stone-grilled bibimbap, the overall satisfaction of the meal greatly increases.
