The meat grilled over an open flame has a wonderful aroma, is very tender, and you can also taste the sweetness of the fat. I was surprised by the volume of the thick tongue, and the ribeye, belly, and skirt steak are also large and satisfying to eat. The dipping sauce has a light texture but deep flavor, making it easy to keep eating. The bibimbap and chijimi are also delicious, and the pork soup we had at the end particularly left a lasting impression. The rice is excellent, the staff's service is pleasant, and having a parking lot is reassuring, making it feel worth the visit.

At first, you communicate your drink order to the staff, and then it's convenient to order easily using a tablet. The hot pot with monkfish liver and oysters was rich and creamy, and the umami spread throughout, which was impressive. The chawanmushi served in a pot allowed me to enjoy the aroma as it cooked, and I couldn't help but eat it eagerly. The grilled rice balls topped with shirasu and the crispy outside yet creamy inside deep-fried tofu were also favorites of mine. Even the almond tofu at the end was delicious, and I felt that it was a place where you could be satisfied no matter what you chose.
