We used the original brand pork 'Ginmaru Sangen Barley Pork', which was born from repeated trial and error for Katsu Gin's tonkatsu. It features elegant and sweet fat, along with a refreshing yet rich red meat. This is a classic tonkatsu set meal with a focus on the frying method.
