This course uses only 3-year torafugu (blowfish) weighing 2 kg or more from Awaji, Kyushu, etc.

We use a variety of hard-to-source ingredients such as Sanriku abalone, Ise lobster, karasumi, and Kujukuri clams. All other ingredients are also locally sourced and natural. The meats include Mita black wagyu beef and Kawachi duck, served in a two-tiered box.
