It's a cozy inn, and the warm atmosphere is comforting. You can enjoy a view of Mount Fuji through the window, and the scenery is very beautiful. The French cuisine, made with local ingredients, conveys care in every dish. The marinated salmon and sea bream have a pleasant tang from the grated daikon, and they pair perfectly with the bread. The hearty minestrone and the duck confit, which falls off the bone easily, go well with the basil sauce. The hojicha chiffon cake is also fragrant, and even the coffee was delicious, leaving me very satisfied.
