In the atmosphere of a historic storehouse, you can relax while looking at the garden. I enjoyed a set of perfectly round bite-sized sushi, which was visually vibrant and exciting. It was topped with eel, fresh octopus, and sweet yellow chives, allowing me to fully appreciate the flavors of the ingredients. It also came with small side dishes, red miso soup, and carefully prepared chawanmushi, featuring the refined tastes of lily bulbs, ginkgo nuts, and pike conger. For dessert, I had a chestnut Mont Blanc parfait and Takahashi black tea, which was a delightful combination of layers that left me very satisfied. The interior had both table seating and tatami rooms, with a spacious layout that made it very comfortable.
