This is a junmai sake carefully brewed using the newly developed sake rice 'Yume Ikken' from Fukuoka Prefecture, polished to a high degree with a home milling machine. Enjoy its slightly dry taste, rich umami, refreshing mouthfeel, and well-balanced deliciousness.

A gentle and elegant aroma subtly emerges, balancing well with the inherent umami of the rice, resulting in a soft, mellow, and crisp junmai sake.
