Cloudy Junmai (Nigori): Big Baby is our cloudy and unfiltered (nigori) meaning there are still rice particles and active ingredients suspended in the sake. This sake has a young, vibrant, and bold flavor that is alcohol forward with lovely tropical notes. Big Baby comes in at 15% ABV and is a winning crowd pleaser. As separation is natural, make sure you "shake the baby!"

For our Triple Milled (Junmai Daiginjo) sake, we remove the outer layers and polish our rice down to 50%, revealing the most perfect pearl. This cloudy treat was made allowing the natural lacto process that occurs in sake production to take over the batch before pitching our yeast.
