This is a special plan for sake fans to enjoy the harmony of 26 kinds of sake from famous sake breweries and dishes! Starting with the appetizer of "three kinds of sake snacks" and ending with "asari-jiru" (scallion soup), the menu is composed in a way that only a restaurant with a thorough knowledge of sake can offer. Especially, "today's special fresh fish and bamboo shoots stewed in broth" is a perfect match with Junmai sake.
The volume is breathtaking! This is a hearty plan that includes "seven kinds of sashimi", our signature "three kinds of grilled chicken (momo, tsukune, and skin)", and "anago yanagawa nabe (eel stew)". The "Specialty Stewed Sashimi" is a time-consuming dish with a boiled egg, perfect as an appetizer. Finish off the meal with a refreshing "Tororo Soba of Hakone Pass". The table is decorated with dishes that have been served since the establishment of the restaurant in 1978, and are sure to please even the most ardent drinker.
