This is Hibi-Lo's recommended menu No.1. It is really delicious with the seasoning passed down directly from Okinawa's grandma, which the chef learned after living in Okinawa for a month.
A classic Okinawan dish that you can't help but order. The perfect bitterness of the goya is delicious.
Taste of the croquette made by mom. It's a simple and very nostalgic taste.
Slightly larger oil sardines served with a special sauce.
Perfect for finishing off with alcohol. The noodles are directly sourced from an Okinawan soba shop. Topped with homemade braised pork, it is surprisingly refreshing and delicious. For those who want less, there is also a half size option available for 500 yen.
Yakisoba made with Okinawa soba noodles. Despite its simple seasoning of soy sauce, sake, and salt, this is delicious!
Pickled onion dressing? I was skeptical at first, but this is delicious. The chopped pickled onions add a crunchy texture to the dressing, making it exquisite.
A whole mackerel of a size that is perfect for grilling with salt. The vinegared seasoning is very delicious and satisfying for the stomach.
The handmade chewy skin is very delicious. Enjoy with ponzu sauce and yuzu pepper. Sometimes the filling ingredients may vary. A pack of 3 pieces is 500 yen.
The crispy spring roll wrapper and the abundance of plump shrimp inside create an irresistible texture.
Plum meat is wrapped in pork and shiso leaf and fried. The juicy sweetness of the pork and the refreshing taste of the plum meat go very well together.
