At Alloro, the charm lies in the dishes meticulously prepared by the chef alone. The quality of lunch here is very inexpensive; even at 2000 yen, it is well worth it. The menu offers meat and fish options. The soups are good and the bread is delicious. The plate presentation shows the chef's good taste. In particular, the herb-roasted bonito with red wine sauce had a deep flavor, something I don't usually get to enjoy. The timing of the dishes and coffee being delivered was also satisfying. The chef's background was discussed, and I am wondering if he actually trained in Italy and has experience as a head chef at a famous hotel. I would like to ask him at the next opportunity.
