Located just a short walk from the station, this alleyway features a calm space that makes use of an old house. Sitting at the counter on the first floor, it's enjoyable to watch the cooking while having a relaxed conversation with the master. The interior, based on black, is softly lit, creating an atmosphere where you can forget the time and unwind. The handmade smoked dishes, such as duck and octopus, are infused with a rich aroma, making the drinks flow easily. The wide selection of aged sake has deep aromas and flavors, and even the first bottle captivated me immediately. Thanks to the master's extensive knowledge, the world of sake expands, and I am delighted to discover something new every time.
