The seafood is full of flavor, and from the very first bite, it brings a smile to your face. The sashimi is firm and fresh, and the grilled and simmered dishes are so delicious that you can't stop eating. The kamameshi is a classic, and the sea bream kamameshi is fluffy and satisfying. I also enjoy the oden, fried tomatoes, seafood carpaccio salad, mozuku seaweed, and heshiko chazuke. If there is live swordtip squid sashimi, it is a delight to enjoy its transparency and sweetness. The local sake and craft beer from Shimane are also available, making it a pleasure to savor everything at a leisurely pace.
