When I ordered the katsudon, the broth was well-soaked and the sweetness was just right, making it very delicious. The udon was thick and chewy, with a handmade-like texture that was enjoyable. The broth is made from Rishiri kelp and is free of additives, providing a gentle umami flavor. The kitsune udon also had well-blended ingredients and was smooth to enjoy. The miso soup was made with white miso, offering a comforting taste. There are various seating options like counters and raised areas, and the menu mainly features katsudon and various types of udon, making it fun to choose.
