We offer local home-cooked dishes made with fresh seasonal ingredients, characterized by a natural and gentle flavor based on high-quality dashi and homemade seasonings. In addition to the main dining area, we also have private rooms available, accommodating large banquets, celebration parties, and memorial services. We use antique Imari ware, old lacquerware, and artisanal tableware collected as a hobby, allowing guests to enjoy both the food and the dishes.

Opened in 2012 in Higashioono, Aomori City. The restaurant offers local cuisine that utilizes fresh local ingredients and has established its position as a beloved place for both locals and tourists. Since its opening, it has continued to attract many customers with its consistent quality and service.

After studying at Tsuji Culinary Institute and its French school, he trained at several Japanese restaurants in Tokyo. After acquiring a passion and skill for cooking, he opened his own restaurant in Aomori City in 2012. Using local Aomori ingredients, he serves dishes that fuse the home-style cooking he inherited from his mother with the techniques he learned. He is a chef who values traditional techniques and creativity.
