The restaurant is bright and clean, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The grilled eel rice bowl arrived faster than I expected, and the moment I opened the box, a savory aroma spread out. The eel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly balancing the benefits of grilling and steaming. The rich sauce soaked into the rice, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks until the end. Adding green onions and wasabi along the way changes the flavor, allowing me to enjoy a new deliciousness. There are also additional pepper and sauce available, which is great because I can customize it to my liking.
