Widow Jane Rye, Highland Park 25yr Single Malt, Carpano Antica, Oloroso, House Bitters. Born at New York’s Manhattan Club in the early 1880s, this cocktail captures this era’s opulence. Crafted from a sophisticated blend of whiskey, vermouth and bitters, this cocktail quickly became synonymous with the social set’s elite tastes and daring spirit.

Citadelle Jardin D’Ete Gin, Lillet Blanc, Tempus Fugit CdC, Lemon, Soda. Named after the iconic 20th Century Limited train, launched in 1902 whisking the elite between New York and Chicago with luxury amenities. This cocktail similarly showcases the modernity of early 20th Century travel and the Gilded Age’s elegance and refinement.

Michter’s Rye, Lemon, Egg White, Red Wine. This “sunset in a glass” tipple evokes the dazzling lights of Broadway at dusk. An accidental creation, it became a fixture in New York’s cocktail lore, embodying the city’s flair for reinventing classics and making them uniquely its own.

Woodford Reserve Bourbon, House Vermouth Blend, Campari. Erskine Gwynne, an expat editor from Paris, introduced his signature twist on the Negroni at Midtown’s 21 Club, swapping gin for whiskey, creating an instant hit and infusing Manhattan’s social scene with Parisian savoir faire and capturing the era’s taste for refined, transatlantic flavors.

Ocho Reposado Tequila, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Lime. Notorious Stork Club owner Sherman Billingsley crafted a potent “secret” twist on the classic Daisy cocktail for select patrons -- meant to encourage guests to linger longer and loosen up. This playful, “iykyk” drink became a symbol of the club’s high-society charm.

Appleton 8yr Rum, Planteray 3 Stars Rum, Lime, Local Honey, Angostura Bitters. This signature Stork Club daiquiri variation reflects the post-Prohibition era’s fascination with Caribbean flavors. And thanks to President Roosevelt’s Good Neighbor Policy, Caribbean rum became more accessible, making cocktails like the Brooklynite a popular choice at supper clubs, with exotic twists on familiar classics.

The ‘Three Martini Lunch’ flight pays homage to the indulgent business lunches of the mid-20th century, famously associated with Madison Avenue ad executives who believed their creativity flourished after a few midday martinis. Just ask Don Draper.

Sir Davis American Whiskey, Hennessy VSOP Cognac, Turbinado Sugar, House Bitters. Though the Old Fashioned has been served since the 1800s, its popularity rose in the 1960s. On the streets of Madison Avenue, the Old Fashioned became a drink of choice – ordered zealously in bars and restaurants with panache, embodying sophistication and timeless style.

Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Jalapeno Macerated Lost Explorer Tequila, Mango, Lime. Following WWII, a fascination with island life grew in the US, with soldiers returning from the Pacific and the ratification of Hawaii’s statehood in 1959. The movement brought tiki cocktails to backyard BBQs nationwide and, most notably, our ‘little island’ of Manhattan.

Ketel 1 Citroen Vodka, Dry Curaçao, Housemade Limoncello, Cranberry, Orange Flower Water. Our own bespoke version of the cocktail that took New York by storm in 1988, invented by renowned bartender Toby Cecchini at The Odeon. This iconic, tart pink drink gained international fame a decade later as the go-to for the Jimmy Choo’d Carrie Bradshaw and her girls in Sex & The City.

Grey Goose Vodka, Chai Infused Hendrick’s Gin, Bacardi Superior Rum, Dry Curaçao, Lemon, Coke. Inspired by the original Long Island Iced Tea created by Robert ‘Rosebud’ Butt at the Oak Beach Inn in Hampton Bays, which became wildly popular in the 1980s. The cocktail captures the spirit of indulgence that defined the decade featuring multiple clear spirits and, perhaps confusingly, no tea.

Haku Vodka, Laurent Perrier Champagne, House Grenadine, Orange, Peach. A riff on the Sex of the Beach cocktail, a vibrant blend of fruity flavors with a name that’s hard to forget. Common in the 80s in places like Palladium and Limelight, ordering the bright cocktail was a way to assert an adventurous spirit and desire to have fun.
